Performance Management


If they are to succeed in accomplishing the agency mission, it is imperative that employees have a clear understanding of performance expectations and that supervisors are knowledgeable in how to manage individual and group performance. Implementing a performance management program is a proactive approach an agency can take to prepare supervisors for their role in performance management.
