To assist agencies engaged in strategic workforce planning, AE Strategies has developed a customizable, Excel-based Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Toolbox. Our SWP Toolbox goes beyond simple data analysis to the level of decision support, providing recommended actions to achieve possible future states. We are able to rapidly customize and deploy the SWP Toolbox through existing agency IT infrastructure.  Using the SWP Toolbox, HR personnel throughout the agency are empowered to engage in a consistent process of workforce analysis, planning, and reporting.
