Health with Prescription Drug Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible for Open Access health and prescription drug insurance with 90% of monthly premiums paid by AE Strategies. The benefit is available the first of the month following an employee’s start.
Dental Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible for dental insurance with 90% of the premiums paid by AE Strategies. The benefit is available the first of the month following an employee’s start.
401k Plan with Company Match
All employees are eligible to participate in our 401K retirement plan. AE Strategies matches contributions up to 4% of your salary. The benefit is available immediately after the employee’s first pay period. There is no vesting period required to realize the company match.
Long and Short Term Disability Insurance
Employees are automatically enrolled in long- and short-term disability insurance when they reach 6 months of employment. AE Strategies pays for 100% of this benefit.
Paid Vacation and Holidays
All employees are eligible for 5 weeks paid vacation and holidays each year.
Professional Training and Education Reimbursement
AE Strategies encourages employees to continue their professional development and will reimburse an employee up to $1500 annually for approved professional development. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 6 months of employment.
Business Development Incentives
AE Strategies rewards employees who identify business opportunities where our client can truly benefit from new or additional AE Strategies services and support. Details of the policies governing the commission plan and referral bonus are provided to employees at the time of hire.
