AE Strategies Manages Development and Launch of Department of the Navy Senior Executive Leadership Program

The DON Executive Leadership Program is a fresh and challenging course that was designed according to the strategic priorities set by top-level leaders. Addressing the current economic realities of the Department of Defense, this course develops Senior Executive skills for managing the business in areas such as: contract management and performance monitoring; strategic resource allocation; understanding and influencing outcomes in the financial system; executive decision making under conditions of uncertainty and risk; driving organizational success; and managing talent. Best practices in executive development are used, including placing senior leaders in teaching roles; leadership assessment and feedback; case studies and simulations; and action learning.

AE Strategies Under Contract to Implement Mentoring Technology Platform

AE Strategies hosted a Strategic Visioning session with its Department of the Navy client and technology partner Triple Creek. The DON determined its three-year strategic plan for executive mentoring, key integration points with existing Talent Management processes, and laid out its implementation and stakeholder communications plans.

AE Strategies Holiday Volunteer and Fundraising Efforts

For the 6th consecutive year, AE Strategies employees took up a collection and supported the Child Development Center within Martha’s Table (www.marthastable.org), by purchasing and delivering all the ‘Wish List’ items identified for a new infant classroom.

Additionally, AE Strategies employees again volunteered their time to support Food & Friends (www.foodandfriends.org), working collaboratively within their kitchen to prepare meals that would then be delivered out into the community.
