AE Strategies won a contract with the Department of Navy’s, Commander, Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) to support the annual Performance Award Review Board process. AE Strategies will customize and provide training on the Performance Award Review Tool Application (PART App).

AE Strategies Manages Development and Launch of Department of the Navy Senior Executive Leadership Program

The DON Executive Leadership Program is a fresh and challenging course that was designed according to the strategic priorities set by top-level leaders. Addressing the current economic realities of the Department of Defense, this course develops Senior Executive skills for managing the business in areas such as: contract management and performance monitoring; strategic resource allocation; understanding and influencing outcomes in the financial system; executive decision making under conditions of uncertainty and risk; driving organizational success; and managing talent. Best practices in executive development are used, including placing senior leaders in teaching roles; leadership assessment and feedback; case studies and simulations; and action learning.
